Quick Reminder about Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty – Never Say Die Beauty

First, hope you had a happy International Women’s Day yesterday. In fact, I forgot all about it. And then, I can’t say that I felt like celebrating this year. I was also disgusted to learn that Google removed International Women’s Day from their calendar, not that I should care what Google does. Rant over, for now at least.

Second, I didn’t get a catalogue from Ulta this year about their 21 Days of Beauty where sale products are 50% off of their regular prices. I’ve been so confused about what month we’re in (yes, I know it’s March), and I thought that Ulta’s Spring 21 Days wasn’t for another week at least. At any rate, it started a few days ago on March 7 and goes until March 27. (Weren’t there years when it started later and went into early April?) As a result of my confusion, I missed the opening days.

But today, I took a quick look at the daily calendar for the event online, and I must say that I was more intrigued than I have been for the past several years. It used to be mostly the same brands every year both for the Spring and the Fall 21 Days. How wonderful that they’re including new-to-the-sale-event brands as well as some brands I have never heard of, e.g.:

  • Live Tinted
  • Seen
  • snif
  • Half Magic
  • about-face
  • Nick Stenson Beauty
  • Petite n Pretty
  • Rabanne
  • and a few more.

I was surprised at how many haircare brands are included in the sale. And this is the first year that I noticed men’s skincare products in the mix.

Diamond and Platinum reward members get free shipping. Sadly, I lost my Platinum membership a couple of years ago, and I am just not buying as many cosmetics as I used to from Ulta (and also Sephora). Nevertheless, I do like to follow what’s going on during the Ulta sale.

Here are some of the sale items for today, Monday March 10:

  • First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads with Glycolic & Lactic Acid: $19-24 depending on the size
  • Bobbi Brown Cream Eyeliner Stick in neutral shades including Fog, a grey-brown tone that I think I would love: $17
  • Philosophy Purity Made Simple Cleanser: $14-27 depending on size; I have this, and it’s a very gentle lotion cleanser
  • PUR 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup Broad Spectrum SPF 15 in a fairly wide range of shades: $16
  • Seen haircare, entire brand: 50% off
  • Kinship Firming Cream Super Rich Ceramide + Collagen: $22.50 online only
  • Grande Cosmetics Lash & Brow Besties Kit: $27.50 online only (however, Grande has not completely replaced the prostaglandins in their products; instead they use a milder analogue of prostaglandins)
  • Youthforia BYO Blush Color Changing Blush Oil: $18 (fun colors that change with your body chemistry)
  • IT Brushes for Ulta Airbrush Tapered Powder Bronzer Brush #150: $18.25 (IT Brushes for Ulta are fabulous, jam-packed with soft bristles and there are several different brushes and brush sets for sale throughout the 21 Days event (I own the ones below that were a special holiday purchase a few years ago with the sparkles)

  • BeautyStat Cosmetics Peptide Wrinkle Relaxing Moisturizer: $34 (BeautyStat makes very nice, near-luxury skincare products)
  • Persona 24 Hour Waterproof Eyeliner in deep rich shades: $8 online only

The Bobbi Brown Cream Eyeliner Stick in Fog has my name on it. If I can make time, I will pick one up. Worth $17 to me!

Other products on sale over the three weeks that stand out to me include:

  • Murad Retinal ReSculpt Eye Treatment $46 on Friday, March 14 (I haven’t tried this yet, but I want to) and Murad Retinal ReSculpt Overnight Treatment: $52.50 on Friday, March 21 (I’ve gone through 2 bottles in the last 2 years. I will buy one for my stash.)

  • Coola Classic Body Organic Sunscreen Clear Spray SPF 30 in Tropical Coconut: $14 on Thursday, March 20
  • FOREO Luna 4 Go Facial Cleansing & Massaging Device in aqua or lavender: $64.50 on Monday, March 17 (Below is my FOREO Luna 3 that I bought at the Ulta 21 Days 3 years ago, and I still adore it!)

  • iconic Strivectin TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream Plus: $29.50-75 depending on size on Sunday, March 23
  • Sunday Riley Pink Drink Firming & Resurfacing Essence: $24 and Sunday Riley ICE Ceramide Moisturizing Cream: $11-32.50; both on Sunday, March 23
  • IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream Anti-Aging Hydrating Moisturizer: $29.50 on Monday, March 24 and don’t forget to look for the brushes on sale!
  • TOCCA Luxury Fragrance Wardrobe/Discovery Set: nine EDP 0.15 fl. oz. sample vials $34 online only on Wednesday, March 26; TOCCA fragrances aren’t for the faint of heart, they are strong and luxurious; almost all of these scents have at least one fruit in their key ingredient list

This year, when I’m trying not to spend much money, Ulta’s Spring 21 Days of Beauty are calling out to me. I will most likely buy the Bobbi Brown Eyeliner Stick in Fog tomorrow, the Coola Sunscreen Spray, the Murad ReSculpt Retinal Overnight Treatment, and maybe the Sunday Riley Pink Drink and the small size ICE Ceramide Moisturizing Cream. At any rate, I am happy to see Ulta including more enticing products/brands in their 21 Days of Beauty Spring Event 2025!
