Some say rain on your wedding day is good luck, and Hannah & Jared got double the blessing—because it rained twice on their big day!
A Ceremony by the Water
Their wedding occurred at Lake Lyndsay, a breathtaking waterfront venue in Hamilton, Ohio. In the morning, rain showers delayed setup. Jared and his father had to push water off the handicap ramp to get everything ready.
But once the skies cleared, their families came together to set up the ceremony space—which turned out absolutely stunning. With the lake as a backdrop and lush greenery all around, Hannah and Jared exchanged vows in a setting that felt straight out of a storybook.
A Double Rainbow to End the Night
After the ceremony, guests moved inside for a delicious dinner from Hammann’s Butcher Shop, with appetizers from Bamboo and Bleu.
Then, just as the reception was in full swing—the rain returned! Luckily, it didn’t last long, clearing up just in time for their sparkler exit.
And as they stepped outside, something magical happened.
“We looked up, and there it was—a double rainbow!”
It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable day, a reminder that even the rain leads to something beautiful.
