Looking for a great way to remind your team that you get it, work-life balance IS important? Try a hairstyle from Gingersnark.
If you don’t know TikToker @Gingersnark, clear a few hours to go through her portfolio — she has extremely long hair and loves recreating the hairstyles from fantasy/sci-fi characters.
I really couldn’t decide what to post from her — Legolas hair? Queen Charlotte birdcage hair? Targaryen hair? Too many choices. I’m going to defer to her judgment, though, and go with one of the ones she’s got pinned: a beautiful braid from Ciri, a character in The Witcher.

OK, I’ll admit it this one comes from a “crazy hair ideas for girls” tutorial from IGer @paisleyspetalshair— but come on, how great would this look with a sweater lady jacket and some wide-leg trousers? If you want to have a more sophisticated look, choose elastics that either match your sweater, or contrast subtly with your hair.
